My response to TED

link for University Of Wollongong

The presentation convincingly shows the need for technology to develop to give people seamless or easy access to information . She does this by using everyday examples of where existing technology lets us down. The presentation is very clever because it shows that the new technology , referred to as a sixth sense device, has the potential to solve the original problems she identified.

What this might mean for future designers of technology is the need to make information more easily accessible in everyday situations that is able to be programmed to know a user’s personal criteria. The sixth sense device could also be further developed to be more compact, more attractive and to apply to more situations.
